Fire Services are celebrating after it managed to persuade developers to.... include sprinklers in a skyscraper building to accommodate students.  With a row erupting between Hampshire Fire & Rescue Services and Portsmouth University over fire safety the developer, Watkin Jones, decided to fit sprinklers.  To read more on this article click here.
